SAFEGUARDING INDUCTION
The safety and wellbeing of our pupils is paramount.
The induction checklist in the appendix of our Induction Policy documents the safeguarding training we expect new staff to complete at Thameside. In the policy, there are links and informations on how staff can access this training. Staff are required to refresh and complete annual KCSIE training based upon annual changes set by the DfE.
