Sex and Relationships Education (SRE)
Thank you very much for those that attended the Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) parents’ workshop on 2nd June 2015. We were really impressed and pleased to hear such supportive comments about the updated scheme ‘Jigsaw’ and so many parents wanting the best information to be shared with their child at the right time.
We believe that a crucial part of SRE is to work with parents/carers so that ultimately the children receive the best education that is age appropriate and we hope you find this page useful.
We know some parents wanted to know when SRE lessons would be taught and what content would be covered so that they had the chance to speak with their child before teachers did or feel prepared for any questions or comments they might bring home with them.
This information can be found below.
